We have successfully migrated some of our critical systems to Azure public cloud for cost efficiency and easy management of our server infrastructure.  We decided to move it to public cloud since it is the future and it will allow us to focus on our core business while providing best in-class server and network infrastructure without investing too much on server, data center, network and other human related services that will require us to operate the systems in an on-premise environment.

While we have not completely migrated all servers due to system dependencies, we have setup a hybrid public cloud system where we have servers in the cloud and on-premise.  This allows us to take advantage of public cloud offerings without having to change much of our backend setup while we provide uninterrupted service to our users while planning to migrate everything in the future.
